It was a drop and hook but they can overload. Scale before leaving.
Loading time was 2hours ( 1hr and half )was waiting for dock, must stop main office to get paperwork so soon as your loaded you can leave takes under 30mins, once in dock to get loaded, loaders friendly, have great sense humor to lighten the mood when waiting. Oh bad cell phone reception ATT so have your pick up number ready.
People in shipping are not very happy, very little room to get around and to back in but on the plus side loading didn't take long and loaders where frindly
